The countdown is well and truly on, and we're delighted to share that we've now reached 51% of our £15,000 fundraising target for Marmalade Trust. A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us so far.
Good progress continues to be made across the Hazelgrove development, with all home bases now completed and installed. Final level adjustments have also been carried out, leaving only a small number of minor finishing works to be completed.
We're continuing to invest in creating a more connected and consistent experience for colleagues across Tingdene Group. From a new onboarding process and welcome booklet to company merchandise and refreshed core values displays, these initiatives are helping every team member feel informed, supported, and part of the business from day one.
The countdown is on! In just 8 weeks' time, 15 of our riders (team members, suppliers and contacts) will be taking on the Tour de Tingdene challenge, cycling almost 250 miles in support of Marmalade Trust.
As we continue to grow and evolve our Tingdene Group portfolio, we thought it was a good time to reflect on the progress being made at a number of our new sites as we approach their 1 year anniversary. Over the past 12 months, we have seen investment, improvements, and achievements across Stonecliff Residential Park, Holy Loch Marina, and Farndon Marina.

With just three months to go until the inaugural Tour de Tingdene, excitement is beginning to build as we prepare to take on a three‑day, 230‑mile cycling challenge taking place from 3rd – 5th September 2026.
Residents and colleagues at Badgerwood Residential Park came together for a ‘1km Walk the Park’ event in partnership with Marmalade Trust to help tackle loneliness amongst the elderly. The relaxed community walk encouraged residents to connect, enjoy the outdoors and support one another, finishing with refreshments from an ice cream van. The event highlighted the importance of community spirit, meaningful conversations and building stronger connections across the park.

Upton Marina has officially become the first marina on the River Severn to achieve TYHA Clean Marina accreditation which is a brilliant milestone and another proud moment for all of us at Tingdene Group.

At Caldecott Hall, 45-pitch Foxborough Hang (166 total) nears completion, with 6 plots left after fast off-plan sales. New £1,000 discount/£250 referral campaign and ‘The Stables’ (14 holiday homes) launch. Golf Centre and Multi-Golf course drive 12% membership growth to 471.
