Dear Tingdene Group team members,
As we near the end of the first Quarter of 2026, we wanted to take the time to thank you all again for your ongoing dedication and hard work.
As a commitment to our company values, we consistently undertake role evaluation processes, plus salary and benefits benchmarking to ensure we are adapting and modernising our business to suit our people and our teams. We are therefore pleased to provide updates that will impact all team members across Tingdene Group, applicable from 1st April.
Salary Increases
We would like to announce that each Tingdene Group team member will receive an increase in their basic salary of 3%. Team members on National Living Wage (NLW) will receive an increase in line with Government legislation.
Please note if you are subject to a NLW increase, you will not receive the 3% in addition to the NLW increase.
To confirm the changes to your salary, you will shortly be issued with a contract addendum which must be signed. These will be uploaded to your SAGE portal for signature, you will be notified via email once the document is available. If you have any problems accessing this, please contact your line manager in the first instance.
