We’re proud to announce Marmalade Trust as our 2026 charity partner. To kick off our fundraising, we’re launching the inaugural Tour de Tingdene this September — a 250-mile cycling challenge to raise funds and awareness for those experiencing loneliness and social isolation.

On Thursday 11th December 2025, Tingdene Group celebrated its fifth annual Christmas party at Dunston Hall Hotel & Spa. Set against a Winter Wonderland theme, the evening was filled with festive cheer, memorable moments, and a surprise performance from singing waiters, making it a perfect way to celebrate our achievements and thank our incredible team.

Exciting progress at Redcar Beach: New 21-pitch seafront complete, 5 sales since April, 16 new/9 existing plots available. Open Weekends, including the Kite Festival, boost momentum toward surpassing 34 sales.
At Caldecott Hall, 45-pitch Foxborough Hang (166 total) nears completion, with 6 plots left after fast off-plan sales. New £1,000 discount/£250 referral campaign and ‘The Stables’ (14 holiday homes) launch. Golf Centre and Multi-Golf course drive 12% membership growth to 471.

As Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 ends, Tingdene Group reminds employees that support is always available through the free, confidential Employee Assistance Programme. Accessible via app, dashboard, or helpline, it offers wellbeing tools, counselling, and practical advice. A recent sleep workshop with expert Dave Gibson is also available to watch online.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined the Forget Me Not Charity Walk on 6th April. With your support, we raised £16,404 for Grief Encounter, helping children through grief.
We're excited to share that our Managing Director, Ian, has been elected to the BH&HPA Residential Executive Committee. This gives Tingdene a stronger voice in the industry, early insight into policy changes, and helps us stay ahead as a sector leader.
We’re excited to share that Tingdene Group has played a big part in helping Northampton Rowing Club smash their £40,000 fundraising target! This fantastic achievement means the club can invest in new boats and equipment, giving local rowers even better facilities to train and compete.
