As we wrap up Mental Health Awareness Week 2025, we want to thank everyone who has engaged with the content and conversations so far. If you missed our earlier article, you can catch up here.

This week has been all about shining a light on the importance of mental health, but it doesn’t stop here.

Your wellbeing matters every day, and we want to remind you of the ongoing support available to you and your loved ones through our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provided by Health Assured.

No matter what you're going through, be it personal challenges, work-related stress, or just a need to check in with yourself, the EAP is a confidential, free service designed to help you feel supported, heard, and equipped.

Our Sleep Workshop on 1st of May 2025 - In Case you Missed it!

As part of our focus on wellbeing, we recently hosted a sleep workshop with Dave Gibson, a leading sleep expert from The Sleep Site.

Why talk about sleep during Mental Health Awareness Week? Because sleep is one of the most fundamental building blocks of good mental health.

Poor sleep can impact mood, concentration, resilience, and our ability to cope with daily stress. Prioritising rest is just as important as nutrition, exercise, or talking about how we feel.

During the session, Dave shared practical tools and insights to help us sleep better, feel more refreshed, and ultimately support our emotional and mental wellbeing.

If you missed it, or would like to revisit it, you can watch the recording of the session here:
