We are excited to bring you an update from two of our holiday parks where there has been plenty of progress, positivity, and proud moments to share.

RedCar Beach

It’s been another productive period at Redcar Beach, with progress continuing across both the new seafront development and the existing park.

On the new development, six holiday home handovers have now been completed, with two more pitches reserved and awaiting caravan deliveries. That leaves 13 pitches still available, and interest continues to build.

The team recently hosted two successful Open Weekends, the second of which coincided with the popular Redcar Kite Festival. The timing proved ideal, offering a great opportunity to showcase the park to a wider audience and highlight the appeal of the seafront development.

On the existing park, there are currently nine pitches available, with one trader sale completed and another due to complete next week. There’s also been strong private sale activity, with two completions finalised and two more expected to complete in the coming days.

Thanks to Amanda Newman, Simon Clark, and Dan Bergman for their continued efforts on the ground, keeping operations running smoothly and making sure the park looks its best for both existing owners and prospective customers.

Caldecott Hall Country Park

There’s been significant activity at Caldecott Hall as the park completes its latest 45-pitch development at Foxburrow Hang. Nestled in a tranquil woodland corner of the park, Phase 3 works commenced in early January 2025 and is now fully live, with many happy owners already settling into their new holiday homes just in time for summer.

Demand was high throughout the build, with the majority of pitches sold before the development was even finished, a fantastic achievement and a clear reflection of the site’s appeal.

A huge well done to Hannah Hewitt, Andrew Groom, Karman Taylor, Becky Carter, Charlie Tyler, Lindsey Loveys, and the wider team for the smooth delivery of this project. Your collaboration with contractors, owners, trade partners, and prospective customers has helped make Phase 3 a real success.

Caldecott is also part of the ongoing THPL South sales campaign, offering £1,000 off new homes and a £250 referral credit, supporting the final few sales from this phase.

Meanwhile, interest continues to build around ‘The Stables’ which is an off-plan development of 14 leasehold holiday homes, including a mix of barn conversions and contemporary modular units.

The golf facilities have also seen meaningful investment. The new Golf Activity Centre Reception is now open, offering members and colleagues, a dedicated space with a stocked shop, simulator, and offices. Accessibility across the course has been improved, including new access routes and updates to the practice putting green.

The improvements are paying off, golf membership has grown by 14%, increasing from 422 to 481 members, with the Multi-Golf Course continuing to draw in new visitors.

Thanks to the whole Caldecott Hall team, your focus and commitment continue to make a real impact across the park.
