With just under a month to go until our fifth Annual Tingdene Group Christmas Party, we are so excited to get everyone together once again on the evening of Thursday, 11th of December for a night filled of sparkly lights and wonder!
As you may already be aware, the location for this year’s Christmas Party is at Dunston Hall Hotel & Spa in Ipswich Rd, Norwich NR14 8PQ.
Your Christmas Party 2025 Key Information
Each business unit has a Christmas Elf to help with party arrangements and answer any questions you may have.

When?
Thursday, 11th of December at 6:30pm.

Dunston Hall Hotel & Spa, Ipswich Road, Norwich, NR14 8PQ.
Dress Code?
Formal Attire inspired by Winter Wonderland, think elegance with a frosty twist:
Gowns or cocktail dresses in frosty tones, jewel shades, or sparkling fabrics
Suits or tuxedos with winter-inspired accents (icy blue ties/bow ties, velvet etc.)
Add a touch of shimmer or icy elegance to complete your look
How are we getting there?
Our Christmas Elves, responsible for each business unit, are working closely with Cassandra da Silva (your Christmas Party Santa!) to make sure everyone can get to and from the venue safely and worry-free.
Each team will receive their final confirmed travel details ahead of the event.
If you’re unsure about your transport arrangements, please speak to your business unit’s Christmas Elf for guidance.
Where will we be staying?
Accommodation arrangements will be shared ahead of time. We have a limited number of rooms available at Dunston Hall, as well as a limited number of rooms at the Premier Inn Norwich East.
Rooms will be allocated accordingly, and your confirmed accommodation details will be communicated in advance.
If, closer to the party, you are still unsure where you will be staying, please contact your Business Unit Christmas Elf for guidance.
For colleagues based closer to the venue — including Caldecott Hall, Waveney River Centre, Brundall Bay Marina, Broadlands Park, North Denes, and Waterside — transport will be provided via coach back to your hotspot location after the event.
Anyone from these nearby sites who would like to stay overnight will have the option to book a discounted room at the Premier Inn at their own cost.
What about work?
We will be implementing a 24-hour no-work window to give everyone ample time for travel to and from the party.
This will apply to all parks and offices, except for the South Holiday Parks & Marinas due to travel logistics.
All other sites: No work between 12pm on Thursday, 11th of December and 12pm on Friday, 12th of December.
South Holiday Parks & Marinas: Finish at 3pm on Thursday 11th of December, and return to work at 10am on Friday, 12th of December.
If you’re not attending the event, please continue your normal working schedule.
Our Christmas Party is one of the biggest highlights of the year and we work hard to make it a fantastic evening for everyone, filled with great company, delicious food, and plenty of festive fun!
