At Tingdene Group, our colleagues are at the heart of our success. That is why we regularly ask for your feedback through our Employee Engagement Survey, helping us understand what is working well, where we can improve, and how we can continue building a positive workplace for everyone.

Firstly, thank you to everyone who took the time to complete this year's survey. We received 104 responses from colleagues across the Group, giving us valuable insight into what is working well and where we can focus our efforts for the future.

The Headlines

We are pleased to share that the results show many positive trends across the business, with strong levels of pride, wellbeing, and support being reported by our colleagues.

  • 81% of colleagues agree they are proud to work for Tingdene Group, maintaining last year’s strong result.

  • 78% agree that Tingdene Group cares about their wellbeing, an increase of 5%.

  • 66% of respondents see themselves working at Tingdene Group in three years' time, an increase of 1%.

We achieved a "Great" Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), significantly above the benchmark generally associated with a positive employee experience.

It is particularly encouraging to see strong scores relating to support from line managers, respect between colleagues, and work-life balance, demonstrating the positive culture that exists across our teams.

What Happens Next?

This survey is only valuable if we act on the feedback received.

Over the coming months, we will:

  • Review the key themes raised by colleagues and consider how we can incorporate these into future plans and priorities

  • Identify priority actions and improvement opportunities

  • Develop action plans through team focus groups and senior management discussions

  • Continue communicating progress and updates throughout the year

Our aim is to ensure that the feedback you have provided helps shape meaningful improvements across the business.

Finally, we would like to thank everyone who took part in the survey. Your honesty, ideas, and suggestions are invaluable in helping us create an even better workplace for all.

We are proud of the progress we have made together, but we are equally committed to listening, learning, and continuing to improve.

Remember, feedback does not stop with the survey. You do not need to wait until next year to share your thoughts, ideas or suggestions. Our suggestion box on the company portal remains open year round, and we would love to hear from you.

Together, we can continue making Tingdene Group a great place to work.
