With just under three months to go until our Annual Tingdene Group End of Year Party, we are excited to start sharing the details for the event.
This year, we will be bringing everyone together once again on the evening of Thursday, 10th December for a night of celebration and great company.
As you may already be aware, the location for this year’s party will be Dunston Hall Hotel & Spa, Ipswich Road, Norwich, NR14 8PQ.
But, we are stepping away from the traditional festive sparkle and heading somewhere a little moodier…

Here is Your End of Year Party 2026 Key Information to help you start planning ahead.

Theme and Dress Code?
The Old West After Dark
This year's theme is all about bringing a relaxed Western feel to the evening. Think less fancy dress and more modern country-western style.
Western inspired denim, checked shirts, cowboy boots, statement belts, hats, skirts, shirt dresses, casual jackets, tassles and earthy tones all fit perfectly with the theme.
Whether you prefer a simple checked shirt and jeans, a western-inspired dress and boots, or something in between, there are plenty of ways to embrace the theme while staying comfortable.
The aim is to feel party-ready, relaxed and effortlessly western, with your own personal take on The Old West After Dark. Whether you fully embrace the theme or simply add a few western-inspired details, we can't wait to see everyone.
How are we getting there?
Our Party Elf, responsible for each business unit, will be working closely with Charis Holder to make sure everyone can get to and from the venue safely and worry-free. Travel arrangements will be confirmed and communicated closer to the event.
If you are unsure about your transport arrangements nearer the time, please speak to your business unit’s Party Elf for guidance.
Where will we be staying?
Accommodation arrangements will be shared ahead of time. As with last year, we will have a limited number of rooms available at Dunston Hall Hotel & Spa.
Rooms will be allocated accordingly, and your confirmed accommodation details will be communicated in advance.
If, closer to the party, you are still unsure where you will be staying, please contact your Business Unit Party Elf for guidance.
For colleagues based closer to the venue — including Caldecott Hall, Waveney River Centre, Brundall Bay Marina, Broadlands Holiday Village & Marina, North Denes Caravan Park, and Waterside Park & Hotel — further details around transport will be shared closer to the event.
What about work?
We will be implementing a 24-hour no-work window to give everyone ample time for travel to and from the party. This will apply to all parks and offices, except for the Easterly located Holiday Parks & Marinas due to travel logistics.
All other sites: No work between 12pm on Thursday, 10th December and 12pm on Friday, 11th December.
Easterly located Holiday Parks & Marinas: Finish at 3pm on Thursday 10th December, and return to work at 10am on Friday, 11th December.
If you’re not attending the event, please continue your normal working schedule.
Our End of Year Party is one of the biggest highlights of the year, and we work hard to make it a fantastic evening for everyone. Filled with great company, delicious food, and the chance to celebrate everything we have achieved together.
