Upton Lake - Development Update
Following the successful launch of Phase 2 in June, alongside our new and updated Waterfront Living website, we are pleased to share the latest progress from Upton Lake.
The excavation works have now been completed – take a look at the latest drone shots and progress carousel below to see how the development is taking shape.
Over the coming months, work will continue as the lake is filled and the remaining infrastructure installed. We are anticipating that residents will be able to move into Phase 2 from January 2027, marking an exciting milestone for the development.
We are also delighted to share that two berths have already been reserved, reflecting the strong interest in this next stage of Upton Lake.
It is exciting to see Phase 2 come to life and we look forward to welcoming new residents to Upton Lake in the new year.
