Good progress continues to be made across our Phase 9 development at Hazlegrove Residential Park, with all home bases now installed and final ground level adjustments completed, leaving only a small number of minor finishing works.
A key milestone has now been achieved with the successful completion of all gas infrastructure works across the site. With these works now finished, the team can focus fully on the remaining utility installations and road construction activities without further disruption from gas service works.
Progress has also been made on the new road, with additional kerbing and footings installed along the mid-west section. This marks another important step towards road completion and prepares the area for the final surfacing works.
Significant headway has been made on the water infrastructure. Trenching works for both the main water supply and individual service connections are now complete across the site, and installation of the final section of the water main is currently under way.
The team remains in regular contact with Northern Powergrid and has provided advance notice of the upcoming electrical connection works required. While connection dates cannot yet be confirmed until the water infrastructure and associated service installations are complete, discussions are ongoing to ensure the earliest possible connection slots can be secured once dates become available.
Overall, the project continues to progress well. With major groundwork milestones now completed, the focus is firmly on completing the remaining utility connections before moving into the final stages of road construction and plot servicing.
