With the first month of the New Year drawing to a close, what better way than to recap on our second Tingdene Group Christmas Party that took place on the 8th of December 2022 at the Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa.
Going forward, accessing payslips will look a little different as we are now using Sage HR Online Services.
We are in the process of reviewing the current ‘absence from work policy’ and our sick pay scheme.

In line with our proposals which were shared on the TingTeam Portal on 12 January 2022 we are pleased to announce that we have decided to increase the Group’s annual leave entitlement for 2023.
The primary object of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is to reduce the risk of account takeovers and provide additional security for our users and their accounts. Since over 80% of cyber breaches happen due to weak or stolen passwords, MFA can provide added layers of security necessary to protect users and their data.

After investing considerable time and resources, we are finally ready to unveil the new Tingdene Residential Parks website.
We’re excited to announce the launch of the E-Learning Hub – our new online learning system – available from June 2022.
Although legal restrictions imposed for Covid-19 have now been removed, the Group recognises it has a duty of care to ensure the safety of its employees in the workplace, the current Covid-19 secure protocol document will now be superseded by the implementation of an overall ‘Control of Infectious Disease Policy’.
This spring is looking to be an exciting time for everyone at Racecourse Marina & Lodges in Windsor, as four brand-new luxury lodges are heading their way.
