As you are all aware our holiday year runs from January-December. In line with our proposals which were shared on the TingTeam Portal on 12 January 2022 we are pleased to announce that we have decided to increase the Group’s annual leave entitlement for 2023.

From 1 January 2023, our holiday entitlement has increased from 32 days to 33 days (in a usual year of 8 bank holidays). However, you may be aware that next year includes an additional bank holiday for the Coronation of King Charles and as such you will receive one extra bank holiday providing a total of 34 days across 2023.

These 34 days are therefore inclusive of bank holidays and are made up of 24 days annual leave, 8 days bank holiday + 1 additional bank holiday (Coronation of King) and a birthday day off.

Anyone working a 5-day week will be entitled to the full 34 days. Anyone working part-time or less than 5 days per week the amount will be calculated on a pro rata basis.

The annual leave entitlement will be updated on the HR hub from January 2023.
