Accessing your payslips

Kindly note that going forward, accessing your payslips will look a little different as we are now using Sage HR Online Services.

Here is more information regarding this:

1.       When you log in the old way using Sage Employee Online Services, you will be informed that you have a new link to use to access your payslips. Once you click that link, your new log in page will look like this:

a.       Your login details will remain the same, so please use those when signing in.

b.       For more in depth information on these changes, please click this link.

2.       Kindly visit the Employee Support Hub, as this portal has valuable information to assist you in using the new Sage HR Online Services. This includes instructions on how to log into your account, how to view your payslips as well as how to download the Sage HR app to access payslips on your mobile phone.

3.       If you experience any issues, whereby the answers cannot be found in the Employee Support Hub or on the Sage Help Centre, please contact Irene McPhail. As our Payroll Manager, Irene should be your your first point of contact as only the payroll administrator will have access to speak to a Sage support advisor directly and if required.
