We hope you are well!
With just over 14 weeks to go until our second Tingdene Group Christmas Party, we are so excited to be bringing everyone together once again on Thursday 8th of December 2022!
Last year’s party was a success, and we can’t wait to make this year’s party even better!
Now, you might be wondering, where is it taking place this year? We are thrilled to announce that this year’s Christmas Party Location will be at the Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa.
Here is some key information regarding the event:
When?
Thursday, 8th of December 2022.
Where?
The Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa – Back Lane, Cambourne, Cambridge, England, CB23 6BW
Dress Code?
This year’s dress code is formal but think of Casino Royale as a bit of a hint!
How are we getting there?
Once again, to ensure that everyone can get there, transportation will be arranged from various hotspots around the UK. More information on this will be shared ahead of the event.
Where will we stay?
If you are coming from outside of the area, accommodation will be provided for you. More information regarding this will be shared ahead of the event.
Can you share the menu with us?
Not as yet, the menu will be shared prior to the event, but do not worry. It will most likely be delicious!
What about work?
A key question, especially for those of us who are based on one of our sites!
For everyone attending the party, we’re implementing a 24-hour no work window which will take place between 12pm on Thursday 8th and 12pm on Friday 9th. You’re expected to return to work for the remainder of Friday afternoon.
If you’re not attending, please continue with your working week as usual.
What we need from you?
We need you to please RSVP by no later than 5pm on Friday, 30th of September 2022. You can do this by emailing teamcommunications@tingdene.net in the following format:
Include your name, site location, if overnight accommodation is needed and dietary requirements (Vegetarian, Vegan etc,)
