Following an internal review of the Group’s holiday entitlements, we are pleased to announce that we have increased the number of days of holiday entitlement for 2022 and 2023.
From 1 January 2022 our holiday entitlement has increased from 29 days to 32 days for colleagues working 5 days per week, inclusive of 9 public holidays (due to an additional jubilee bank holiday). From 1 January 2023 the holiday entitlement will increase from 32 days to 33 days allowing for the usual 8 public holidays.
These figures will be pro-rated for those working part time or less than 5 days per week, meaning that all colleagues will see an increase on holiday entitlement in accordance with the number of days worked per week. Entitlements for 2022 have been updated on the HR Hub.
