With just under three months to go until our Annual Tingdene Group Year End Party, we are excited to start sharing the details for this year’s celebration.
At Tingdene Group, our colleagues are at the heart of our success. That's why we regularly ask for your feedback through our Employee Engagement Survey, helping us understand what's working well, where we can improve, and how we can continue building a positive workplace for everyone.
As AI tools continue to become a more common part of everyday working life, we've introduced a new AI Use Policy to help ensure they are used safely, responsibly and consistently across Tingdene Group. AI can be a valuable tool for supporting productivity, helping with tasks such as drafting communications, summarising information and carrying out research, but it's important that we all understand how to use it appropriately and securely.

Our Tour de Tingdene riders completed an incredible 250-mile journey, raising an amazing £18,044 for Marmalade Trust and their work to address loneliness across the UK.
A huge congratulations and thank you to our riders, support team, donors and everyone who helped make this challenge possible! 🎉
