Tees, Trees and tranquility at Tingdene Caldecott Hall Country Park with an exciting new development over 400 acres with great golf and leisure facilities
Since Tingdene’s acquisition of Caldecott Hall Country Park in October 2020, work is well underway on a brand-new caravan holiday home development of 157 pitches, with the first phase looking to be completed by September 2021. Onsite facilities include a leisure club with gym, pool, sauna and steam room, great golfing facilities with an 18-hole golf course, golf simulator, pro shop and golf pro, plus Redwings Horse Sanctuary, with a café and gift shop.
Since early 2021 there has been a vast number of developments with the creation of a new holiday home showground and temporary reception building, new roads, pathways, lighting, a combined signage plan incorporating all elements of the estate, plus various improvements in standards and presentation.
Other future plans and planning permissions in progress include the refurbishment of two disused estate buildings including a block of stables and barn to be split into five holiday home plots, additional developments of holiday home plots in various locations, plus the change of use of an old maintenance building to be refurbished into a contemporary office and reception space at the entrance to the caravan park development.
Tingdene Caldecott Hall Country is a great addition to the ever-expanding Tingdene portfolio and presents lots of opportunities for property development over the next 10 plus years.
