CHRISTMAS PARTY DETAILS
We’re only 27 days away from our first-ever Group Christmas Party and we’re looking forward to bringing everyone together for a fantastic night.
Please read on for all of the key things you need to know:
When?
Thursday 9th December 2021, 6:30pm - 7pm
Arrival drinks start at 6:30pm
Prompt sit down for dinner at 7pm
Where?
The Cliff Hotel, Great Yarmouth, NR31 6DH
Dress code:
Smart with a dash of Christmas – essentially dress to impress but throw in some festive sparkles!
How are we getting there?
Each person is being allocated to a carpool/shuttle, if you are unsure on your mode of transport, please contact the following people:

· Holiday Parks – Lilly Belsey
Where will we stay?
If you’re coming from outside of the area, accommodation will be provided for you.
In the coming week, you will be receiving more information on where you will be staying, as well as general information regarding the hotel (Check in/out time, breakfast etc).
What about work?
A key question, especially for those of us who are based on one of our sites!
For everyone attending the party, we’re implementing a 24-hour no work window which will take place between 12pm on Thursday 9th and 12pm on Friday 10th. You’re expected to return to work for the remainder of Friday afternoon.
For those travelling from further away (4+ hours), there will be a bigger no work window however please discuss this with your line manager.
If you’re not attending, please continue with your working week as usual.
Keeping everyone safe
Ahead of the party, please can we politely ask that everyone conducts a lateral flow test. This is just a safety precaution to ensure we’re keeping everyone as safe as possible.
