With that being said, we would love to give you an exclusive tour of our latest project in Upton-upon-Severn which is bringing a whole new perspective to living life afloat, welcome to Waterfront Living!
One of the things we have loved most about this latest project is that it ties in with what we do best across the residential, leisure and inland marina sectors.
The last 2 years have been spent bringing this concept to life and we are excited to inform you that this three-phase project at Upton Lake has already begun, with the first phase being ready for occupancy from June 2022. Upton Lake will soon become home to 28 two-bedroom homes connected by a floating pontoon network.
We believe that this will set the benchmark for living life afloat!
Now, you’re probably wondering, how does it float?
The main framework of the floating structure is made up of steel and is coupled with the floats situated underneath the perimeter decking and below the waterline keeping the home afloat and balanced. Each of the floats is sized independently and is based on the individual home’s weight and layout, making it completely unique!
This project stands alone in the floating market space as it is one of the first of its kind to be developed in a dedicated water space, completely separate from Upton Marina.
The beauty of this new development is that homeowners will be offered a secluded and peaceful setting with stunning views across the lake and let us not forget, the Malvern Hills backdrop whilst having Upton-upon-Severn right on the doorstep!
