We’re pleased to share our second piece of exciting news within a month!
We have officially acquired Stonecliff Park, a well-established residential park in Welton, Lincolnshire. This marks another step forward in our commitment to growing a portfolio of high-quality, community-focused parks across the UK.
Set across nearly 13 acres and home to up to 151 residents, the park enjoys a strong sense of community, excellent local amenities, and beautiful countryside surroundings just seven miles from Lincoln. It was previously family-owned for over 55 years – a legacy we’re proud to build on.
This acquisition comes hot on the heels of our recent purchase of Farndon Marina, which is located just 25 miles away, and further strengthens our presence in Lincolnshire and the East Midlands alongside our existing residential parks Ashfield Park, Kirkstead Bridge and Marina View, as well as holiday park sites at Mablethorpe Chalet & Caravan Park and Humberston Fitties Park.
