At Tingdene Group Foundation, we are proud to work with and support trusted charity partners who make a meaningful difference within our communities.

At our 2025 end of year party, we were delighted to announce that Marmalade Trust is our chosen charity partner for 2026. This partnership reflects our ongoing commitment to improving wellbeing, strengthening connections, and creating more inclusive communities across our Tingdene Group portfolio.

Marmalade Trust is a leading UK charity addressing loneliness and social isolation. Founded to tackle loneliness, their mission is simple: to create a society where loneliness is recognised and where people are supported to form meaningful human connections. Through community projects, practical resources, and national initiatives such as Loneliness Awareness Week, the charity reaches millions of people each year, helping individuals feel seen, supported, and connected.

We are kicking off our fundraising initiative for Marmalade Trust with our inaugural Tour de Tingdene (if you don’t know, this is a play of words on the famous cycling event - Tour de France) and we would love as many colleagues as possible to get involved.

When?

Taking place at the end of Summer, from Thursday, 3rd of September to Saturday, 5th of September.

Where?

Our sponsored challenge will see members of the Tingdene team cycle over 250 miles from Upton Lake & Marina in Worcestershire to North Denes Park in Lowestoft (crossing our Head Office, Pavenham Park, Hartford Marina, Brundall Bay Marina and Caldecott Hall Country Park).

Who?

The team currently includes:

  • Ethan Zone

  • Andy Dixon

  • Paul Whittington

  • Adam Buck

Colleagues are welcome to join and cycle as much or as little of the route as they like, making this a flexible and inclusive challenge for all abilities. You would be happy to know that you can also use work provided ‘community days’ to take part in the event.

To support participants, accommodation and three evening meals will be provided, helping make it as easy as possible to get involved. As a sponsored event, we also encourage everyone taking part to help raise funds and awareness for Marmalade Trust along the way.

Please check out the fundraising link below, show your support for the team and consider whether you would like to take part yourself.

Thank you for your continued support of Tingdene Group Foundation, we will be sharing more details and opportunities to get involved soon.
